Below you will find what we are doing at our events as precautionary steps regarding COVID-19:
 

• ALL entrants will have their temperature checked. Any patrons/players/ or coach with a temperature above 100.4 degrees WILL NOT be permitted to enter.
• All spectators must sign a liability waiver BEFORE entering the event.
• All coaches must sign an acknowledgement that ALL players on their team ARE NOT exhibiting symptoms of Covid-19*
• 
   All participants, spectators, and employees must adhere to six-foot physical distancing unless with immediate family.
• 
   Coaches must conduct daily symptom assessments for their players (self-evaluation). Anyone experiencing symptoms WILL NOT be permitted to enter.
• 
  Each team will be allowed 30 spectators (25 spectators for middle school games at FOC)
• 
  No team water coolers or shared drink stations.
• 
  ShesBallin will provide the game ball.
• 
  Anyone that enters the facility MUST always wear a mask.
• 
  Players and coaches may remove their masks once they step onto their court.
• 
  Coaches and players will be allowed in 20 min. prior to game time.
• 
  Spectators will be allowed in 10 min. prior to game time.
• At the conclusion of games, All players, parents and teams must immediately exit the facility through the side entries.
   

* By entering facilities each spectator agrees that they have not had symptoms such as:

• Fever or chills
• Cough
• Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
• Fatigue
• Muscle or body aches
• Headache
• New loss of taste or smell
• Sore throat
• Congestion or runny nose
• Nausea or vomiting
• Diarrhea
